The Twin Harbors Property Owners Association is governed by Members of the Board of Directors and the Architecture Review Authority. The Board is composed of eight members with the offices of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Parliamentarian, and IT/Data Security Officer. The Architectural Review Authority is composed of the Lead Architect and three additional committee members. The Board and three Architectural Committee members are elected by members of the Association at an annual meeting held in October. Each memeber serves for a period of two years.
The Board meets the second Saturday of each month at 8:30 AM at the clubhouse by the swimming pool. Meetings are open to all property owners.
