View Pool & Recreation Area Rules

The Recreation Club and Facilities of Twin Harbors is designed to enrich the lives of residents and their guests. Activities such as swimming, tennis, basketball, softball, and soccer are accommodated for.

A beautiful large pool with attached toddlers' swimming pool graces the club area. These club facilities are only accessible to owners with a key fob. All fees and dues must be paid before a "fob" is issued and the cost is $50.00 payable upon request of fob. Residents and guests are free to enjoy this area throughout the day and into the evening.

Normal pool hours are 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday from May 1st to September 30th. The pool is closed for maintenance each Monday for cleaning. NOTE: Effective October 10, 2022, the pool will open from 1:00 p.m. until sunset as defined by weather apps on Tuesday through Sunday. Due to the delay in opening the pool this summer due to repairs, the pool will remain open until Sunday evening October 30.

Tennis players have a well surfaced court area designed for their comfort and safety.

A covered picnic area with large picnic tables makes outdoor dining pleasant. This area overlooks both the pool and tennis areas. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located.

These club facilities are only accessible to owners with a "fob". It is completely enclosed with a high security fence.

Beyond the enclosed area, a large ball field sits among the majestic pines. Softball, volleyball, soccer, football, and other sports can be played in this beautiful setting.

A boat launch and pier are on site for the use of property owners and their guests only. A key will be needed for access to the boat launch and the cost is $50.00 payable upon requesting the key. Ample parking is available for vehicles and trailers.
