Twin Harbors is a deed restricted upscale subdivision on the Northeast shore of Lake Livingston in East Texas. This community of 180 homes is located in pristine piney woods in the city of Onalaska, Texas. ANNOUNCEMENTS:

ROADS UPDATE: Polk County Commissioner Pct 2 Ronnie Vincent reported that the road projects approved by the board have passed initial approval from the Commissioners’ Court. The projects are approved to move forward. Vincent does not have a start date for the projects as of this date. Stay tuned and we will send more info as it becomes available.

POOL UPDATE: THPOA Board representatives met with the pool contractor on August 1 to resolve water issues with the baby pool. The contractor will complete baby pool plumbing work this week. Concrete and plaster repairs will follow and be completed by August 21st. After 1-2 days of plaster cure, the baby pool and parent pools will be opened to Twin Harbor property owners. The contractor will look for all opportunities to expedite his work. The board will present a full accounting of pool repair expenditures at the August board meeting.

AQUA-NUTS: Aqua-Nuts meeting scheduled for this Saturday, August 6th, from 9:30am to 10:30am at the clubhouse. An additional meeting will be held Wednesday August 10th at 6:00pm for those that can't make the Saturday meeting. We invite everyone that would like to join the Aqua-Nuts or just get information on our water aerobics program to attend. We will be filling out/updating Emergency Contact forms, updating our general contact information, setting our schedule, etc. We look forward to starting our 2022 season soon and hope to see you there!
