Twin Harbors is a deed restricted upscale subdivision on the Northeast shore of Lake Livingston in East Texas. This community of 180 homes is located in pristine piney woods in the city of Onalaska, Texas. LABOR DAY WEEKEND POOL CHANGES: In observance of the Labor Day Weekend, the pool will be open on Monday. The pool will be closed on Tuesday for maintenance following the Aqua-Nuts session. REMINDER: There is a limit of four guests per property-owner household. The property owner must be present with the guests. Proper swimming attire is required.

ROADS UPDATE: Polk County Commissioner Pct 2 Ronnie Vincent reported that the road projects approved by the board have passed initial approval from the Commissioners’ Court. The projects are approved to move forward. Vincent does not have a start date for the projects as of this date. Stay tuned and we will send more info as it becomes available.

POOL UPDATE: The long wait is finally over! Our community pool is now open and ready for you to enjoy. The pool renovation included new pebble plaster on the interior of the pool, safety drain covers, new tile, a brand-new deck surrounding the pool with a cool deck finish and new fencing to replace fences that needed repair. The renovation brings the pool up to date with current safety regulations and is an investment in the quality of life in Twin Harbors. The THPOA Board, Facilities Committee and many volunteers are proud to be a part of this project.
Note that the pavilion, basketball court and tennis court are now open as well!

AQUA-NUTS: Aqua-Nuts is open to any POA member 16 years of age and older wanting to participate in organized exercise daily between 7:30 am and 10:00 am. They will be requested to fill out emergency contact and disclaimer forms. The 1st hour is for individual warm up and/or walking. The taped program will be from 8:30 to 9:30. We recommend wearing water socks to protect your feet.
